I was in the young marines when I was 9 and stayed in until I was a corporal then moved out of state. The Young Marines is the thing in my childhood I am most proud of. I think every child should enjoy the experience and learn the great values, respect, responsibily and toughness that the program instills in you. Something children need in this downward spiraling world to make our country great again instead of these disrespectful pansies people seem to be creating. I am now 25 and have two sons! I can't wait until they are of age so that they may join the Young Marines! This is a wonderful program and I'm so glad to see how much is has grown!

Hi BJ, we served together at H&MS-14 way back in 1981. I've been in touch with Greg McCain. Have you heard from Angel, Jerry, or any of the other Marines from 64C? Hope all is well, drop me a line if you get some time.

I was a corporal in the Chosan Young Marines in the late 80's. The Young Marines was an unforgettable experience in my life. I am currently serving in Afghanistan as a broadcast journalist in the U.S. Army. I look forward to one day volunteering my time to the Young Marine Program. Semper Fi.
